Make recommendations for things to do and places to eat
Help you find cool places to take photos
Locate businesses and services
Keep the Downtown area clean and inviting
Downtown workers, residents and visitors are invited to use this service.
Call 423.206.4200 to request an ambassador to walk you to or from your car any time during these hours:
Monday – Thursday | 6AM – 8PM
Friday – Saturday | 6AM – 10PM
Please give our ambassadors 20 minutes to arrive at the requested location. Door to door service only; ambassadors do not enter buildings or parking garages.
