DCA Request for Information

The Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by the DCA in order to solicit interest and information from qualified persons or entities who wish to be considered as a provider for a DCA District Landscape Master Plan. Qualified persons or entities with interest are invited to respond to this RFI.

This RFI is intended to provide pertinent information to the DCA so that it may evaluate the experience and qualifications of the individual or entity to perform the desired work. The selection of a particular service provider, and whether to award a service contract, are entirely within the DCA’s exclusive judgement and sole discretion.

Qualified and interested entities will meet with a Landscape Selection Committee of the DCA Board to discuss scope and cost so that a landscape design plan can be implemented in phases over a five (5) year period.

Deadline for proposals: 5:00 pm EST on October 15, 2021 

This is not a postmark deadline. Submission must arrive prior to the deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Emailed submissions will be accepted and can be sent to dtchattalliance@gmail.com. Submissions via U.S. Mail can be sent to:

Review Process:

Proposals will be reviewed by the Executive Director for completeness and any respondent who meets the qualifications of the RFI will be notified before the end of business on October 15, 2021. Qualifying proposals will be submitted to an Ad Hoc Landscape Selection Committee of the DCA Board for review and any Applicant whom the Committee would like to interview will be notified on or before October 29, 2021.  Presentation interviews will be scheduled the week of November 8, 2021.
