Board of Directors Meeting

Call to Order

Susan Harris called the meeting to order. Members attending were John Clark, Kelly Fitzgerald, Keelie

Crewe, Evann Freeman and Major Montgomery.

Also present was Steve Brookes, Executive Director of the DCA, Kelly Allen with Q Strategies and

Dawn Hjelseth with River City.

A quorum was not present, so no votes were taken.

DCA Business

Discussion centered on Miller Park, the DCA engagement there, and public safety in the district.
