The nationally-ranked Creative Discovery Museum offers a space for children to engage the senses and inspire exploration. The museum offers art, music, science, and technology exhibits for visitors to experience.

If you’re looking to have fun while getting a workout in, visit High Point Climbing and Fitness, an indoor rock climbing gym in Downtown Chattanooga. The gym offers rock climbing classes ranging from beginner to advanced, parties and group outings, fitness and yoga classes, youth teams, and more. A children’s area is perfect for getting all the energy out on a rainy or hot afternoon. More experienced climbers will love the outdoor climbing wall above Broad Street overlooking the city.

This glass studio located on Broad Street allows you to walk in and watch professional artists create glass art in a 2000 degree furnace. Hands-on glass blowing classes are available for you and your family where participants choose from a variety of glass ornament or paperweight designs and colors. Making a holiday ornament is a must-do for visitors from November to December every year!

National Medal of Honor Heritage Center
At this museum, you can learn about Medal of Honor recipients and their stories. Chattanooga is the birthplace of the Medal of Honor, the nation’s highest military award, where the award was first presented to Private Jacob Parrott. The museum offers immersive exhibits that place visitors into the lives of soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines who served the nation.

The Tivoli Theatre, a historic theater in the heart of Downtown, typically offers entertainment including movie showings, Broadway musicals, concerts, and more. The theater is currently undergoing renovations, but will be back with more space to entertain the community after renovations are complete.
