Thank You, Officer Moses
Officer Bobby Moses, a police officer with the Chattanooga Police Department, is retiring after 26 years of service. He spent 12 years in Bike Patrol and enjoyed accommodating the people he served and facilitating their needs.
Before working with the Chattanooga Police Department, he worked on a United Nations mission via the US State Department in Kosovo as a Chief of Special Operations in Peja, Kosovo.
While in Chattanooga, he focused on offering help to visitors, business owners, and residents.
"One of my best memories is from an event Bike Patrol hosted to teach children bike safety," Officer Moses said. "I taught a young man how to ride a bike, and it seemed to be the happiest moment of his life."
He likes to spend time going to restaurants in Downtown Chattanooga and recommends that people visit the 800 block of Broad St. He says the area has great local businesses for both tourists and locals to enjoy.
Thank you, Officer Moses, for all of your work in the District!
