Brookes stated that a starting date will come approximately five weeks after the signing of the contract—perhaps in early to mid-July.

(c) A discussion on the Task Force for Downtown Economic Recovery and the need for the BID to be involved took place.
(d) S. Brookes and S. Hunt will later report on negotiations with landlords on office space for the BID. The outcome will be brought before the entire board for final approval.
(e) The entire board will review our Form 23 before it is filed.
The meeting adjourned at 2:35.
