1. Call to Order

Steve Hunt, Chairman of the Chattanooga BID, called the meeting to order. Executive Committee members attending were Kelly Fitzgerald and Charles Perry.

Not attending: Gordon Stalans

Also present were Julia Bursch and Amy Donahue of River City Company and Steven Brookes, the new Executive Director of the Chattanooga BID.

2. Old Business

(a) J. Bursch reviewed plans for a walking tour, tentatively scheduled for the second week in April. Approximately 50 surveys have been received.

(b) A. Donahue reported on the One Riverfront Project. A community-wide meeting will take place in May or June.

3. New Business

(a) The Finance Committee will meet on March 16. One item on the agenda of that meeting will be a reconsideration of 4 applications from non-profits for elimination/reduction of their assessments.

(b) The Vendor RFP Committee has unanimously recommended that Block by Block be hired. This recommendation will be brought before the BID Board on March 18.

(c) The agenda for the March 18 Board meeting was reviewed.

(d) The question of a change in the by-laws to address non-attendance at meetings of the Board was discussed.
